JAMB Admits to Errors in 2025 UTME Results, Orders Re-sit for 379,997 Candidates
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has acknowledged errors in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results, leading to the decision to reschedule exams for 379,997 affected candidates. This announcement was made by the Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, during a press briefing in Abuja.

Affected Candidates: 379,997 candidates will have their UTME rescheduled due to identified errors.
Notification: Affected individuals will be informed via SMS, email, and phone calls.
Reprinting Slips: Candidates are advised to reprint their examination slips to obtain details of the rescheduled tests.
Coordination with WAEC: JAMB is collaborating with the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) to ensure that the rescheduled UTME does not clash with ongoing WASSCE examinations.
